What’s the difference between MS Office Standard Edition for Mac & MS Office Student and Teacher Edition?

From the descriptions I’ve read online, there doesn’t seem to be much of a difference, content-wise, in the 2 versions, besides the fact that there’s a price difference.

The student and teacher edition is just designed for students and teachers. The other edition is for basic use
